Beef Salpicao (Certified US Angus Beef), P259.00 (more or less)
(Again, sorry for the poor and shit-y quality of this scrumptious entrée I'm no expert in photography)
Well, well, well...This is our newly tried entrée, Beef Salpicao. Simpleng-simple lang ang presentation, walang kaarte-arte. But it's the taste of the beef that gives us smile on our faces. This is my personal order actually, Mama went for Dinuguang Bagnet (it's one of their specialty btw) and Papa went for Gising-gising, (i'll talk to you guys about them next time, okay?) pero sila pa ang umubos ng order ko. WOW! Ayos ah.
Well I can't blame them for finishing out my order first coz the taste of the beef is so flavorful and it's nicely done, not under/over-cooked, and very tender. The oyster sauce plus the toasted garlic really matched, together with the button mushroom is just so perfect (it's my favorite). Pinoy na may halong Spanish ang dish na 'to, kaya thanks to the Spaniards sa pag-colonize nila sa atin way way back. Ang galing niyo!
RATING: 9 of 10
Happy eating!
